If accepted, I agree to deliver the artwork (by drop-off or shipping at my expense) to the Tennessee Valley Museum of Art by May 21, 2021. If shipping, I will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will include a pre-paid return shipping tag with my shipped work. If dropping off work, I agree to pick up work between July 5 and July 9, 2021. Works left for more than 60 days following the close of the exhibit will be considered a non-restricted gift to the Tennessee Valley Museum of Art and may be disposed of by Tennessee Valley Art Association as is deemed appropriate.
